Alam Raqami services are offered on an annual subscription basis. All payments are processed exclusively online and are handled securely through Stripe, a certified payment services provider. By using the service you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms of service.

Auto-Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each annual cycle unless you disable this feature. You may turn off auto-renewal at any time from your account settings. If the subscription is not renewed — whether automatically or manually — your account will be suspended immediately upon expiry.

All payments are final upon completion of the transaction. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including account cancellation, non-use of the service, or disabling of auto-renewal.

4. Account Creation & Termination

Termination by User: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account termination is final and no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

Suspension Upon Non-Renewal: If the annual subscription is not renewed, the account will be suspended immediately upon expiry. Account data may be permanently deleted within 30 days of the suspension date.

Termination by Alam Raqami: Alam Raqami, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service, with or without notice.

5. Disclaimer

The materials and services on this website are provided on an "as is" basis. Alam Raqami, Inc. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. The Company does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to its services.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Alam Raqami, Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Alam Raqami platform exclusively for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages via WhatsApp or any other communication channel integrated with the platform

Harassing, threatening, or contacting end users without their prior consent

Publishing or distributing misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content through the platform

Violating the Terms of Service of WhatsApp, Meta, or any connected social media platform

Attempting unauthorized access to the Company's systems or to other customers' data

Alam Raqami, Inc. reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found in violation of this policy without any refund. The user bears sole and full legal responsibility for any damage resulting from misuse of the platform.

13. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

The Alam Raqami platform operates in connection with third-party services including, but not limited to, WhatsApp Business API, Meta, social media platforms, and Stripe. Alam Raqami, Inc. has no control over these services and accepts no liability for:

Service outages or disruptions caused by these third parties

Policy changes or API modifications by these platforms that affect platform functionality

Suspension or banning of a user's WhatsApp or social media accounts by those platforms as a result of violating their own terms of service

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the terms of service of all connected third-party platforms. Any disruption or change to these external services does not constitute grounds for a refund or compensation from Alam Raqami, Inc.

14. Data Processing & Customer Data

In the course of providing its services, Alam Raqami, Inc. processes data entered by the user on the platform, including their customers' data, contact lists, and conversations. The user acknowledges and warrants that:

They hold full legal rights to process and upload such data to the platform

They have obtained all necessary consents from data subjects in accordance with applicable law

Alam Raqami, Inc. processes this data solely on the user's behalf and under their instructions, and does not use it for any other purpose

The Company's data protection obligations are governed by the applicable Privacy Policy. The user bears sole responsibility for any legal claims arising from uploading data without proper legal authorization.

15. Service Availability

Alam Raqami, Inc. endeavors to provide continuous and reliable service but does not guarantee any specific uptime percentage. The Company is not liable for any service interruption, whether planned — such as scheduled maintenance — or unplanned. Service interruptions or outages do not constitute grounds for a refund or any compensation claim against Alam Raqami, Inc.
